I help people to identify and mobilize internal and external resources to reach their goals and lead fuller, happier lives, through a combination of guided imagery, cognitive behavioral and traditional (psychodynamic) psychotherapy methods. Therapy works by establishing a consistent, safe relationship that allows us to identify how you relate to important others in your life and yourself. My aim is to help you get to "the heart of the matter" through whichever process works best for you.. The process can be either short or long-term, depending on your needs and preferences.
